SCERO – Pavučina lží (Web of Lies)
We built the whole video from scratch, from the script to the final cut.
How the video was made
After meeting Scero we put together the first idea, a draft script and the location, Downtown Arena. Then came the idea of trapping him inside himself, in the metaphorical and very real webs of his self-destructive habits.
We shot the whole video in two days right at Downtown Arena, with professional lighting that completed the claustrophobic atmosphere of the webs.
In under two weeks we edited and colour graded it. We went through the result with Scero, polished the last 5 % and delivered the finished video.

5 details that turn a photo into a film still
- We'll save 25 minutes before sunset for your portraits. Just the two of you, a calm walk in soft golden light. That's when the photos you'll want on your wall are made.
- Coordinate your outfits, they don't have to match. Two or three muted colours that go together look better than loud patterns and logos.
- Prepare a space for getting ready. A room with a big window and a few tidy metres behind you makes a huge difference.
- Put the details in one place. Rings, bouquet, invitation, shoes. I'll shoot them first thing in the morning so you can focus on yourselves.
- Allow yourselves a moment alone. The most beautiful shots happen when you forget the camera and simply enjoy each other.

Nothing to worry about
The three worries people mention most often, and how it really goes.
“I'm not photogenic and I can't pose.”
You don't have to. Most of the time I shoot discreetly, catching you laughing, talking and hugging. When needed, I'll tell you where to stand and what to do with your hands, and after a few minutes you'll forget the camera is there.
“What if it rains?”
I bring my own lights, so I can create atmosphere in a hall, a church or under a roof. Rain and cloudy skies also give soft light and moody photos you'd never get in the sun.
“How does booking work and when do I pay?”
After the consultation I send you a quote with the scope, price and delivery date. If you're happy, I reserve your date once you pay a 50 % deposit. The rest is paid as agreed in the quote, with no hidden fees.

How far in advance should I book?
Weddings ideally 6 to 12 months ahead, especially weekends from May to September. For portraits and smaller events a few weeks is usually enough. I'll tell you within 24 hours whether your date is free.
How do I confirm my booking?
After the consultation I send you a quote with the scope, price and delivery date. The date is yours once you pay a 50 % deposit and from then on I won't give it to anyone else.
When will I get my photos and video?
Weddings within 14 to 21 days, events and concerts within 14 days. For portraits, music videos and other work, we agree on the delivery date before you confirm.
How many photos will I get?
I don't promise an exact number in advance, it depends on the length and type of the event. You get every good shot and I edit each one. I don't just pick a handful of favourites.
Do you work outside Prievidza?
Yes, all over Slovakia and abroad by arrangement. If there's a travel fee, I'll state it upfront in the quote, not on the invoice.
What if it rains?
I plan for it. We move the portraits under a roof or into the hall, or grab some umbrellas. Cloudy weather is often an advantage for photos, the light is softer.
I don't feel comfortable in front of the camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all, most people feel that way. I'll help you with posing and shoot discreetly for most of the day, so you'll soon stop noticing the camera.
What if I don't like something?
I send you a finished result, not a draft. But if you'd like something changed, just tell me. Two rounds of revisions are included.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. I'm a registered sole trader and issue an invoice for every job. I'm not VAT registered, so the price in the quote is final.
